I think it's more complicated than losing it, I think many will just say you just have to eat a whole McDonald's every day every hour, but that doesn't seem to work for me.

First 6 weeks: 3 meals a day, 7 hours apart, 700 calories each
Next 6 week: 4 meals a day, 4 hours apart, 600 calories each
Next 6: 5 meals a day, 4 hours apart, 600 calories each
Next 6: 5 meals a day, 700 calories each
Next 6: 6 meals a day, 3 hours apart, 600 calories each

30 week progression from 2100 calories to 3600 calories per day.

Get a calorie counting application. Most allow you to just scan bar codes and it does it for you.

If you're trying to gain mass you literally need to eat past comfort. Force it down. Stretch your stomach and continue the process. Stop making shitty excuses.

anon you literally need to count calories. stop being a baby, weightlifting is an inherently strange behavior, you are literally abusing your body's response to physical stimulus to make it grow larger than it needs to be. part of that process is tracking your diet meticulously. the reason you cant make gains is because you arent doing this. i know because i started as a 140 lb 6'2" skeleton man, training myself to eat more was easily the hardest part of getting big. you need to incrementally push yourself until you're eating enough to fuel the growth you want to see, and then some.
