I know some of you are pretty smart despite the overwhelming shitposting, so I'm asking for some tips in the right direction.Yesterday I worked out really hard for the first time in a while, I came home, and was feeling pretty good, ate some chicken and rice noodles, about an hour goes by and I'm getting hungry again, I think, fuck it, whatever I made curried sausages for work I'll have some of them, so I do, but i'm still getting hungrier, not fuller, at this point it's starting to hurt how hungry I'm feeling, writhing in pain in bed, googling wtf is causing me to feel so hungry, i think, maybe I haven't had enough vegetables, I steam some broccoli in the microwave and stuff it in my face, still fucking no effect, google some more, maybe my blood sugar is crashing, I do feel a little blurry, have some chocolate, it kind of helps, and I manage to fall asleep, only to wake up like 3 hours later from the same hunger pain, this time accompanied with nausea, I run to my bathroom sink in fear I'm going to vomit, hold it down for the moment, and go back to bed, fall back asleep for another 30 minutes or so, wake up again, run back to sink, this time I do vomit, only a small mouthful actually comes up, I feel better after this and sleep through the night, but I still wake up with bad hunger pains.Can anyone explain wtf caused that? I've experienced it all throughout my lifting journey, just never that extreme, I always get a large appetite after a heavy session, but that was abnormal and painful.

my man your appendix or some shit might be ready to burst. get yourself checked. i had the same thing, woke up one day “gnawing pain like hunger” but got sick instead. i was like a few hours away from dying of sepsis. my dumb ass doesn’t really process internal pain but looking back my stomach was raw for weeks leading up to that point. i just thought i had a stomach bug lmao. then on the other hand if i get a paper cut im ready to cry.
try OMAD or 2MAD until your body stops being a faggotyou absolutely get used to less caloric intake after a while and become resistant against hungerbut until that happens it might help to just bloat your belly with 1k+ calories after exercise
