Make a V with your arm (like in the picture), hold it stationary, and then move your forward,.backward, and side to side.
This will move the nerve back into its grove.
Thank me later.

n00b I bet your injury isn't even from getting armbard

I think it's from hitting punching bag most likely not while grappling

>indian clubs and maces casually save your arm
Did windmills for a minute everyday with my 1,5kg wooden club.
Fixed my elbow and shoulder in a few weeks.

I don't have access to clubs and don't want to spend money on it
Would I be able to do achieve the same results using bulgarian bags, sandbags, or kettlebells? My gym has those 3, no clubs.

Kek your technique is trash, don't practice alone

Anon, this sentence shames your Grug ancestors.
Anyway, I made mine out of some birch logs and it didn't take long with basic handtools and its always fun to make something useful :3

Those are all good for exercising but imo they are not the best for this sort of stuff.
One important reason I recommend the club is because of the weight/shape (and because its really easy to diy one for use at home). Kettlebells are probably the closest for this sort of stuff but are too heavy and awkwardly shaped.
You want to start light, like 0,5kgs up to 2kgs.
Lighter is better at the start, especially if you are using it for physio and not just pure fitness.

I would strongly urge you to make your own club or to find a suitable substitute.
Almost anything can work if you use your imagination and youtube has plenty of videos on this very subject and people have made maces and clubs out of just about anything and everything.
One dude made a club from a childrens baseball bat, it was plastic and hollow so he filled it with sand and sealed it, taped it up so it wouldn't break and that was that, it was just the right size.

Two videos I have liked and which helped me:

You're a fucking weak retarded worm. I have knockout power and have perfect form. This is from working out too much, tendonitis comes from overburdened stress, not bad technique you dumb fuck gtfo here.
>>

$5 baseball bat gets you physically doing the motions which is all your tendons and shit need to start correcting. Doesn't need to be heavy, this is not a strength exercise.
