What is better to eat if anything, proteins, carbs or fats?I have read here that carbs are very bad when you have the flu. Is it true?
>>75723122I am getting over flu, I fried up a pan of garlic (whole bulb), added beef brisket, then a can of tomatoes and loads of chillis/spices, and cooked for 4.5 hours. Tasted great and am feeling much better. No carbs, though you could add black / kidney beans.
