i know "muh organs" sounds like cope but at this point i honestly can't think of what else it could be. left pic is me relaxing my stomach and the right is me flexing it. i think i can see how my posture makes it stick out more.on monday at the plasma donation clinic the scale said i was 191 lbs and i thought that makes sense i've been eating a lot of shitty food lately. i get a scale this morning and this is now what it's saying. i'm 6'1. i thought i needed to lose some weight but everything i'm finding online says i'm a healthy weight. the data about composition is definitely just the app spitting out an estimate based on age, sex, weight, and height. idk how accurate it is. i have a little bit of fat on my stomach. on monday when i got out of bed i was leaning forward and saw it and it looked like the beginnings of a gunt. when i look at it in the mirror it's barely noticeable. it made me want to kill myself when i saw it but now i'm beginning to think it's body dysmorphia. i have no interest in getting fit, i just want to be a healthy weight
>>75723434You're fine. Everyone's stomach does that when relaxed.
>>75723434Have you tried removing your womb?
>>75723434you have to poop really badly
Your posture is terrible, but that is caused by weak muscles. Train your abs a lot, train your back a lot (both upper and lower) and train your glutes. The best single exercise you can do for bad posture in my experience is front squats in the 8-12 rep range.
>>75723678Just to expand a bit on this cause I feel extra autistic this evening. You have anterior pelvic tilt which is caused by tight hip muscles, weak glutes and weak core, but your chest/ribcage is also visibly depressed and needs to go forward for which you need a stronger back, especially the back of the shoulders. You need to move your body parts in the direction of the red arrows.
>>75723691Do I have an anterior pelvic tilt?
>>75723434I have this exact body, weigh exactly the same. For me I think its either bloat or visceral fat. It just started getting way more noticeable, and I read visceral fat can be exacerbated by binge drinking, and also getting older. Which I have been doing both. As for bloat, one drink I like has erythritrol in it, and I know I am sensitive to artificial sweeteners. Xylitol gives me painful bloating and gas. I think Erythitrol (idk spelling) gives bloating, as after I drink something with it in it, about 2 or 3 hours later I have a huge gut. Then I wake up the next morning to flat stomach. Anyways maybe that helps you OP
>>75724912If this is your relaxed state then no. You can tell OP has anterior pelvic tilt cause his lower back is too "caved in" from a side view and his abdomen is too protruding compared to his chest (even considering the belly fat).
