Is there any benefits to NoFap if I DON'T want a gf or kids? Figured I'd never be able to get those anyways so I'm content with just fapping. I've experimented with NoFap and I found fapping once a week for me is the most optimal for my energy levels, T levels and lifts. Only reserve fapping in the shower to my imagination.

I've been on NoFap, no porn and even no pictures of girls (intentionally) for 6+ months, the amount of creative work that I've done increased because of it, I am more chill and optimistic. I think it works wonders only if you have a specific goal that transcends pleasure of the flesh.
