I started that rapid fat loss protocol thing this week and so far it's been pretty easy to just OMAD it with a big salad and chicken stir fry.In any case my dad is pre-diabetic and refuses to join me in dieting (i buy my own food but I do live with him so I don't obliterate my savings while I look for another job that covers rent and do grad school) and I don't know to help him. He went to the doctor today because he was complaining about tingling in his hands and feet but said the doctor said everything was fine while they wait on the blood lab. He even bought a whole apple pie on the way home (Even before starting this diet I only really ate danishes out of dessert foods, so it definitely wasn't to share) and I feel like there's no saving him. I can't try to tell the guy what to do: for starters, I'm a fat fuck too (just having previously lost and regained about halfway down to my normal BMI as a kid) and if I try to get serious with him about it he'll just kick me out. Which I can afford, but it won't stop him from progressing to fully diabetic and possibly shaving a cool decade off his life.

Throwing in some sort of bicep curl and wrist curl will hit most of everything. Remember they only work if you do reps until you reach or are near muscle fatigue when you physically can't do them anymore during that set.

Sucralose tastes like ass, I'm trying to find bitter/tart drinks and even stuff I find listed as sour has it. I don't mind a drink being not sweet at all, I like pickle juice. Anyone try those ghost zero sugar drinks before?
