3 weeks left in my bulk. Today I ate:

>giant bowl of Kashi go, 8oz whole mill -600 calories 30g protein
>12oz chicken thighs, 2 Oz shredded cheese and BBQ sauce -800 calories 90g protein
>double protein shake and 20oz milk -500 calories 64g protein
>For dinner I will have 8oz or so of shaved steak and rice and veggies. Probably another 800 or so calories and 40g protein
>cheese sticks and baby belles for snacks as needed

As you can see a big problem I have is I don't get enough calories. So I'll eat cookies or something for junk calories. My daughters are in girl scouts so I can just grab a box and point $6 in the tin. Ideally I want 3500 calories a day. I'm also 6'5 255.

I have on off periods.

I'll eat 7000 calories on some days and like 3000 on others.

mostly good stuff. red meat, protein cereal, crackers, water, milk, Greek or ratio protein yogurt, and/or canned tuna daily.

some frozen pizzas and ice cream occasionally.

I get 150g of protein from protein shakes and get the rest of my calories from instant ramen, chips, and candy
