I don't know why this fucking annoying thing happens everyday but I get tired and end up scrolling social media and youtube to overcome it:

Sleep for 15 hours and don't do anything rest of day
>Do 1 hour of fitness
Sleep for 20 hours and don't do anything for 2 days

knowing what the problems are is a big part of fixing it, you'll start to feel better even without actively fixing it
once you know what the problems are you can figure out how to fix them

Get your T checked too. I thought I was depressed for years, tried everything. Turns out I was low T. After one dose everything fixed. Wasted 10 years before this

I thought I was depressed for years, tried everything, turns out I was high T (800s). Depression can happen in every hormonal profile, just may be exhibited differently (only anger for me but never sadness). The only thing that can help depression is a purpose, even if an "unimportant" one, every materialistic answer is a meme.

Get bloodwork done for basic vitamins and minerals. Supplement what you're deficient in and learn ways to reduce things you're excessive in.
Get off 4chan and YouTube for at least a month to mentally cleanse, you likely have either too much seratonin or too much dopamine.
Once addressing your supplements, try being strict with sleeping no more than 10 hours a day, but ideally 8-9. 6-7 is fine if you're under say 5 foot 7.
Honestly this is extreme chronic fatigue (which may also be combined with depressee, but that specifically has to do with low mood and drive, not just feeling tired)
Try reading books of classic literary fiction or nonfiction that is on a topic your have passion and interest in.
Consider seeing a chronic fatigue doctor if you're still suffering after trying these things.
Remember, you'll feel like absolute shit at first when fixing your sleep. Hopefully the proper nutrients will help balance our that experience, but prepare some willpower for when resetting your sleep because thebfirst 1-3 (even as long as 10 in extreme cases) you're going to feel like shit.
Your case is so dramatic, you could probably get disability after going through the super long process with the courts. With that being said, since that takes forever, if your parents are able, maybe try to organize some way where they can pay your basic expenses so you don't have to wage while trying to get better. Waging will make all this so much harder, and I'm guessing if you work 2 hours at a time, you don't make much. If your salaried, just try to fulfill your basic responsibilities while forcing yours to be awake.
I'm sure you know, but you're in a very very severe condition right now, and the best thing you can do right now is focus on fixing that chronic fatigue.

Also get your thyroid and other endocrine markers checked. Research good chronic fatigue doctors.
