My son started to get pretty jacked once he started running around. It's kinda crazy how much "training" he does 24/7. ATG squats with weight, some kind of a vertical pull as he tries to pull himself up on the bed which is quite high, bear crawls, neck bridges, all sorts of carries, pushing stuff around.
