whats your weight and height? one of my buddies that does tattoos used to walk all day with a backpack that had water and snackies and after a while he lost alot of weight. you could throw on some headphones and jam or listen to audiobooks or podcasts but walking for 8-10 hours a day would do it there chiefy.
