Is it normal for me to not feel sweaty or fore my muscles to not be that sore after working out?

I’m lifting as much as I’m able but when I finish I just don’t feel exhausted like I feel like I should.

No you shouldn't feel exhausted it's not cardio training lol. You should feel doms the next day tho
>>
sometimes you just wont feel that tired. after squats or shrugs etc I feel pretty spent but different from running etc. as long as you're seriously training hard/getting close to failure or failing then dw bro, gl
>>
also soreness is dependent on a lot, like how well you recover and the nature of the exercise. I've never had sore shoulders, but RDLs make me sore no matter what.

Ones Paki the other Bengali, those aren’t sand Muslims theyre Jeet Muslims
>>
it is normal if you aren't doing anything.

I'll assume you can't lift heavier. Drop your weight 20% and double your reps.

I love Latinas so fucking much, it's unreal.

You’re not pushing yourself enough either the weights are not heavy enough or you’re not doing enough sets/reps. The body part your working out should definitely be tired afterwards.

I was wondering the same thing as OP. I figure as long as you’re truly going to failure, it’s not sandbagging. There was this one time I started my workout with weighted dips, and by the end of the session, I didn’t really feel it anymore. So, I decided to do one last set without any weight, and after just one rep, I could tell my muscles were totally fried. Progress is still really fucking slow. It takes forever just to get one extra rep. Can a more more experienced bros help me with this? I’ve only been at this for a year and i don't think progress should be this slow.

Lifting doesn't actually require that much energy, so no you shouldn't feel tired. What you should feel is soreness the next day. The actual energy expenditure from lifting comes from rebuilding your muscles stronger, and from the overall increase in your TDEE.

i feel beat to a pulp after a workout but during the colder months of the year (<18°C) i dont sweat, like at all, when im at the gym. only when i do prolonged amount of cardio
its annoying because not sweating to me means = didnt work out hard (enough) but im so beat after the session and for the remainder of the day
>t. 90/50 bp and low 40s resting heartrate
