This woman has some top tier genetics going on, but let's break down what you can do.

The most important thing is she's goddam thin, but not disgustingly so. This is not a body built by lifting or eating. There's no particular muscle mass in her tummy or legs or butt. She's got a narrow build and a good hip/waist ratio, which she emphasizes by being at an absolutely perfect bf%.

Second. Ignore anyone telling you to bulk up your legs and ass. Look at this woman - there is no "bulk" on her legs and ass. Her thighs are so slim she could put her heels together and you'd still be able to watch Avatar on IMAX through that gap. Her ass is just a really nice shape naturally (surgically?), no squats needed.

You probably don't have the frame she has. Hardly anybody does. What you can do to make up for it is leg lifts, back and side. That's it. Get some of those stupid ankle weights and get leg lifting. Rear to shape your ass, side to help your hip/waist ratio.

No core work! Don't run the risk of adding bulk to your abdomen.

Moderate cardio to help shed calories!
