>Eat big to get bigSo in 2025 it’s just common knowledge that this is useless advice and that as long as you’re getting in 200+ grams of protein a day and train to failure you will grow regardless?
Can you grow in a calorie deficit, even if you are getting 200 g of protein?

/fit/ never complains about frogs but every other tranny board does. Why?
>>75726264if you are a beginner and fat, then easilyif you are advanced, maingaining/gaintaining works, it is simply less efficient than bulk/cut cycles.Basically, there are no hard laws preventing your body from burning fat for energy while at the same time building muscle, because they are seperate processes and your body can absolutely do both - it just REALLY does not want to do it in most circumstancesi think the biggest thing to consider is that the most recent research shows that mild 10% bulks are completely sufficient for muscle hypertrophy. At that point that fat gain is so slow there is really no point even thinking about maingaining as the "downsides" of bulks become negligible. The problem has always been the long-standing assumption that you need a much bigger caloric surplus to make bulks work which doesn't seem to be true.
