is it possible to become tan without UV damage?
I'm already taking lycopene and beta-carotene, aware of melanotan but I don't want a solution that's harmful to my health.

If you don't take melanotan then there's no other option. How exactly do you think you can hit melanocortin receptors without it and without UV damage?

Just touch grass with your ass and enjoy the sun once in a while my dude. No need to overtan like a leather bag, but sun is life

I have to work inside for my 9-5, even when I'm off work I tend to be inside anyways.
I also have to be on call 24/7 so easier to sit inside all day.

You don't have to. It is your conscious choice to have such a unnatural lifestyle.

Anyways, don't be scared of sun. Get a week long vacation and go somewhere warm an sunny. Enjoy the beach or just relax laying in a grass somewhere far from people for 20-40 minutes or so. Use 30 SPF sunscreen. Repeat every other day.

There are also self-tan lotions and drops available, which are quite safe, but it's regular work

you're right but i'm not going to be outside for 8 hours a day just to get a tan, if i wanted to look like a tradie then i would simply work like one.
>Use 30 SPF sunscreen
i thought sunscreen prevented you from getting tan because it blocks UV light?
>There are also self-tan lotions and drops available
haven't considered these even though they should've been my first choice, should i just ask my gf for info then?

Only with high SPF numbers

>should i just ask my gf for info then?
holy shit, what a fucking cuck sissy you are.

No sunscreen blocks 100%, I think SPF 50 blocks 95% if applied correctly

being a neet that has a tan won't do you any good. They'll know that you are a faggot who never leaves the house once your tan starts to fade.
>>

if you take lycopene and beta-carotene you'll tan faster so you don't need to stay as long in the sun
thats it really

There's no point in getting a tan if you don't already go outside exposed to the sun. What are you gonna tan? Your face? Nobody cares how tan your face is. Just wear make up. It's what every professionql does on television. Or edit your pictures with a warm filter. Or buy an orange lightbulb. I just saved you thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours of time. Thank me later.

not a neet, just not directly in the sun a lot of the time because i live northern. as i mentioned before i work in an office environment so not too many opportunities to get the sun naturally other than my days off, which i tend to spend with my gf or friends which typically just means driving to random places to hang out/do shit.
>>75729552
that's what i'm already doing, was just seeing if there's anything else i can do other than melanotan since i'm scared of any permanent changes
t. no tattoos
>>75729580
i often wear fitting t-shirts, how tan you are certainly plays a role on how fit you look.
see picrel of mpmd for more obvious comparison.

>astaxanthin
so the solution is just taking every carotenoid under the sun?
placing orders right now for alpha-carotene, astaxanthin, lutein and zeaxanthin.
will make an update thread in ~8 months to a year with before and after pics.

Just fake tan?
