How do I stop feeling like an old man?
I'm 34, lean, work out 6 days a week, do cardio, stretch my upper body regularly, used to strengthen my core when i was a beginner too.

and i still make old man noises when i sit down or get up and my back hurts when i stand for too long

When my dad died when I was 36, I fell into an old man phase where I couldn't even walk
and then I was blacklisted from white collar work so I was forced to become a lawn mower, and then there I rediscovered my youth in a big way and I learned that I'm younger than anyone and that the body can adapt to anything
After that experience, I don't believe in age anymore, I won heat weak against an original Mexican with a sombrero he came up from Mexico to work, and we had record breaking temperatures that week and I beat him on the weekly ranking

35.

At 32 got divorced, blackpilled years.
It really is rediscovering yourself.
Granted nothing going to fix my fucked neck, but once I started enjoying things I wanted to do again. Strength and youth instantly came back.

You quickly realize it ain't the body that ages you, it's stress, literally.
You can even reverse premature aging by a good degree by de-stressing.
So unironically you posing this thread OP is s symptom of why you feel like an old man.

I know it's kinda corny and everyone says it, but it really is in your head
I think it will be like that for a long time, probably like, until you're in your 70s or whatever
why not? Just gotta go hard
but listen, nowadays, we got the world wide web, we got shadow libraries and all the info we need to know everything we gotta know to thrive deep into odl age
plus u got all these supps drugs and peptides and shit
u got modafinil, u got sarms, u got so much shit bro, and the knowledge at your finger tips to use it
u got fasting
u got dry fasting
u got mad shit bro shit ain't like it used to be
back in my pop's generation niggas be like "durrrr i'm 40, can't move like i used to durrrr"
but that's cos they all msoked cigarettes didn't lift or train and drank beer, like yeah of course bro
no one in my pop's generation even heard of fasting bruh

It's part of life. Do Yoga. Switch to a Mediterranean diet.

It's not corny.

Stress raises cortisol, like smoking raises cortisol.
Both prematurely age you as cortisol saturation causes DNA damage.

And no, the body legitimately does not move the same way as when you were younger.
You can't reverse spinal damage dude, better accept that, because if you reversed yours completely you'd be a literal miracle worker.
No one in history has completely regenerated their spine.
>>
>>75726992
it's really not
it's weakmind
he's letting the pop culture portrayals of age influence how his body is functioning. that's because everyone in pop culture is an unhealthy stupid fuck and no one knows how to be truly healthy with optimal nutrtion, objectively optimal nutrition and training
Only I know, I'm one of the few.
OP it's not a part of life, go hard bro flip the switch
FLIP
THE
SWITCH
>>
>>75727000

>>
>>75727007

I have never felt better, right now I"m going through some shit, and I just eat honey and boom I'm good. No stress

From late 2022 to late 2023 I was depressed and unhappy because I did things I didn’t want to do. Get rid of what’s holding you back and you will come back feeling like you are born again.

Also it’s time for you to find our Lord and have pure faith and confidence in him. (Proverbs 3:5). You have to also repent and believe in him with all your heart (John 4:24) and at the end to be his disciple you have to follow his teachings! (John 8:31-32)

That’s it my friend, on top of all that don’t forget to exercise, get a haircut and again, put your trust in Jesus and put your plans on him first (proverbs 16:03)
