It's very simple but you niggers need to ask the same question for 10 yearsWarming up is important, but don't confuse it with cardio. Walk for 30m or something similar then proceed to do muscle specific warmups. If you do actual cardio before lifting they're competing stimuli.You can do cardio after lifting, you will obviously be a bit tired already but supposing lifting is your priority that's alright. You also don't have to autistically keep track of what zone you're in to avoid burning glycogen unlike what you'd do if you did cardio before lifting.
