subbed bench press stuff from rods to dumbells, overhead press with dumbells cuz it seems heavy for me.
leg curls for dead lifts, practically everything is the same. and going for 2 rest days tops

you need to learn to make your own programs, watch söyence based youtubers to learn proper posture, how many sets and rep ranges etc.
try a ton of different lifts to find which feel the best for you and try to do something different every couple of months
remember that there is no single best program and most of what gets shilled will lead to decent gains, it's up to you to find what's optimal for you specifically
