I'm a slav and can squat down all the way like picrel, is there any benefit to doing this or should I stop a bit earlier?

No real benefit, go to parallel maybe slightly below but going that deep with heavy weight has an increased risk of injury.

By all means stretch and do bodyweight, or even lightweight squats that deep. I'm 32 and don't know many people who can go that low besides myself. Dont lost the flexibility, it's just as important as strength.

You have good ankle mobility which is advantageous for squats. Helps to engage the quads more. Go down as far as you want so long as you maintain form.

It's to do with ankle mobility. Some people just naturally have good ankle mobility. Having short femurs also helps because it anatomically doesn't demand as much ankle mobility, which is why Asians and babies are good at it

With a loaded barbell you want to avoid buttwink and keep your chest up to protect your lower back, so no your asscheeks should not be picking up dirt from the bottom of your shoes every rep. But it's great that they could.

Just keep at it. I had terrible knees and mobility growing up. Now in my late 20s I can squat perfectly. I enjoy going a2g each rep, and I enjoy pausing on the last rep of each set. Every rep is an act of gratitude.
