When you can't wait for night to fall, and don't want morning to come
Things have never been darker in my life. This is the darkest hour. Hey, fitness related because I took two walks today and they usually help me a lot, but even that's not doing it today.
We're in a bad place bros

The first step if you gotta flip a switch in your mind that has an internal dialogue of something like "I can't take this anymore. Life is valuable and I cannot waste it. I want to live long and healthfully."
Until I flipped that switch post a very traumatic series of events in my late teens, I never could fix myself.

How passive are you willing to be in life? Do you want to wait for something you can't influence to come and change things for you or would you want to take control of at least something?
You can either wait for something to happen which is just as likely to make things worse as making things better. Or you can at least aim and work for something better, and increase your chances.
