I eat Rotisserie Chicken with steamed broccoli and shredded cheese like 4 nights a week.Is this /fit/ approved?
>>75728101>>75728101Occasionally have brussels sprouts, or other quality vegetables instead of only broccoli. I'd also recommend the occasional baked potato or sweet potato. Shredded cheese from a bag is not good, shred good cheese (cheddar) from a cheese brick. You can never go wrong with a rotisserie chicken.Keep up the good work!
>>75728127Yeah I shred the cheese myself. The pre-shredded shit is more expensive and I am pretty sure they use wood filler in it.
>>75728101Do you eat the whole chicken in one sitting with your hands, breaking the bones and picking every piece of edible meat until there is just a tiny pile of bones left on the plate?
use cronometer, newfriend. as long as you fill the nutrient gaps
>>75728101Sure, but don't you get tired of the repeated menu?
It's pretty salty
>>75728101I do breaded chicken lately way easier to eat a shitload of, no way I should ever not be eating all day oh gotta cuck my diet oh boy but think of how sexy me, I will be.
>>75728346>(((breaded))) chicken
>>75728317Fuck chicken legs and I hate eating thighs too but they're about worth it just to make the breaks better and some tiny ass wings
>>75728350The amount I eat is insane so i feel like evoo is the only way to do it low temp but domt burn it AND make it crispy well see about that. Easy to get arugula tomatoes etc so a solid bread in the freezer and heat up a pan takes as much time as opening up a peanut butter jar and mixing it with a stupid ass banana or oats so you can feel sick all day.
>>75728363>bread in fridgeI mean you could do butter too but that sounds like shit and probably burns off any nutritional value instead of swirling it like a french person.
>>75728127i don't like the salty taste of it
>>75728346>>75728363Are you talking about making cutlets?
>>75728101is there a version of this webm without the stupid flashing lights?
>>75728317OP here. I eat the wing and thigh/leg in one plate. Then that half of the breast meat on the second plate.I only eat at dinner so I eat lots.I'm buying like 2-3 chickens a week.
>>75728331Kind of but not really. The cost of it makes up for the repetition. 2 filling plates of food a day amounts to about 10 bucks.
