The average bong doesn't like browns. He's just too busy being a drunk to care.

>be me
>use special forces selection plans for testing my fitness level
>realize that just being a healthy Germanic male, doing some martial arts and 1-3 30km rucks a month is enough to pass all the published standards
Of course, I don't know if they have additional "surprise" tests that are kept from the public. But the parts youcan find on ex. wikipedia are simple to do.
For example, the 65km, 20kg ruck over cumulative 7000m height difference? I literally did that this winter. Hiked for 10h, slept for 4h, hiked another 8h, for a total of 70km. The last 3-4 km took me 2h because my thighs kept failing, so I would have barely reached the 65km / 20h standard the SAS sets.
The 7km / 52 min ruck run the KSK does? I've done that every week for over a year, as I was living in Japan, where my drivers license isn't valid, and needed to get my groceries home before the raw meat got warm.

Of course, the E&E and combat training is something else. No idea if my martial arts and hunting training would be enough there. But the fitness tests are trivially easy.

The physique/fitness most similar to special forces is triathletes.

Garbage. This guy was NOT in special forces and the information is basic bitch. It doesn't actually detail the complete workouts.

It's 25kg. The weight does not include food, water and your rifle.

You have to self navigate to various checkpoints and are forbidden from using paths or trails.

It's also at the end of the month long hills phase, so it's not something you will go into rested. In the last four days immediately prior to the last test candidates will be doing about 30 miles a day.

>I don't know if they have additional "surprise" tests

They are testing everything all the time. You can fail from being fit but not meeting the military standards. You can also fail from having both of them but not being a team player.

The hills phase is conducted individually, with no encouragement (or hazing) from the training staff. You are required to self navigate and have to meet checkpoints at particular times. So you wouldn't be able to take your four hour sleep. Sleeping would likely fail you anyway, as you should be pushing on to meet the objective faster.

They don’t. They make you tired but if you can tolerate being tired and uncomfortable it’s very easy. Most highschool athletes, and EVERY high school XC or Wrestler could pass Seal Selection.

Our standards are trash and come from boomers who think angry = tough = combative effective.
This is why we lose to subhumans.
We shouldn’t have lost a single man, but seals had a 50% casualty rate for 15 years in Afghanistan and Iraq.
These are sand eating Arabs and Demijeet weaklings.
ZOG can not produce soldiers. Shrimple.

The tests are just there for the sake of tests. No one gets admitted just because he passed fitness selection.
They will push you to your individual limits to see what you can do under stress and pressure. Then they will push you over your limits and see how you deal with failure.
They also don't take autists.
