Is that supposed to be a chest exercise? Just look like weighted planks to me. Seems pretty ineffective if your chest can handle any kind of weight at all. Not to mention you'll still be putting less on your chest because your body will be acting like a lewer lowering the total weight on your chest, but increasing the pressure on your back.

Anyway I go to the gym because I like being around other people and talking to girls in tight shorts and I'm not afraid to leave the house. So I dont worry about incel things like dying alone at home under a barbell and no one even comes to check on you because they haven't heard from you in 2 weeks
