Cut and buy yourself a pretty dress and a chastity cage and get a big guy like me to gape your boy pussy

How tall are you? Ngl you look like you don't lift, but that's to be expected if you've only been lifting 3 months. Keep bulking
>>
cut yourself with that knife in your hand

and weigh 25 pounds also? when I am feeling too skinny, I can just refer back to this thread to remind me that at least I have less bulking left to do than OP.

Bro.. I'm not 25lbs... I weigh 65kg (143lbs)

Bulk to 85 kg then cut

You should eat a normal amount of calories and continue lifting. You don't really need to gain or lose weight.

>6'2
>65
dude that is fucking grim. you seriously need to bulk, and no meme 3 month bulk, you need to stay in a big calorie surplus and work out hard for like a year before you even think of cutting
>>
>>75729240
Have days of higher volume and make sure to eat more then, make sure you lift often and less 110% more 100% so your joints can handle it and dial the food back on rest days but never let carbs go low above all else. Look up supine press you actually have good shoulder development but do it on the inside part so the grip is parallel and keep it in the pocket weight balanced above the sternumish and crunch up like a shrimp it's the only muscle you didn't grow as much and the hardest. Also go fast and I like one fist above my chest.
>1rm Calc says I can bench 3pl8s and I was at 215 last feb

of course, 25lbs was being facetious... but yeah you definitely need to bulk, your BMI is 18.2 which is barely above clinically underweight.

>t. 6'1" 210lbs and bulking

Like honestly everything but chest and delts is easy for me because I think too much, but yeah arching and making sure my shoulders stay in and not up high and shit is the thing for you to work on if you want progress asap since it takes long to grow and long to recover shoulders try 3x flat, and do btb-incline like once or twice maybe keep up shoulders so your cheat doesn't blow past it now you have to wait for your shoulders to get bigger before heavy enough weight for pecs to grow.

I'm a bad example but I HAVE gotten bigger whuke bulking so much I looked skinner, that's technique and nutrient knowledge.
>animal fat butter
>carbed up all day
>get good at cooking protein I can eat until I puke almost because im good at like seasoning shit and cooking like a restaurant

OP here: ty for advice. I'm deffo going to br hitting gym more often. Eating around 2.5k calories per day currently but going to try and go for 3k based on your comments. I will say that pics make me look thinner than reality (especially 2nd pic) but thank you to everyone who actually gave advice rather than mocking lol
