Past few days I suddenly stopped taking big shits. I try shitting and it's only one or two little tiny rabbit pellet turds. I eat big dinners like normal and I'm at a normal weight.

Did my body just randomly become 99% effective at digesting food?

I get this a lot in winter.
Magnesium supps. Walk 3-4h at a good pace. Eat a lot of pears, fruit juice, ripe fruit no bananas. Sit in full squat on your toilet for 30 min.
Whole grains and dairy can make digestion very slow and while those foods help produce a lot of fecal mass that helps people with a bad gut biome they also need a lot of water and movement or it's going to clog you up.
If nothing helps taking a mild laxative once will also not have any long term side effects.

It usually has to do with dehydration or taking some kind of medication. Drink plenty of water and possibly increase your soluble fiber.
