Each bodypart would be trained every 5 days. Isn't that enough rest?

I just got done doing this. You'll get leaner and your strength will go up, but you'll plateau super hard if you keep at it longer than a month.

There's an entire section of "The Scientific Principles of Strength Training" on recovery times and your muscle can recover in a day or less depending how heavy you life but your tendons and ligaments absolutely cannot, so either they're strong enough to take the abuse or you'll get a horrible long term injury.
But more or less in summary, a tendon injury is in your future.

I spend 22 hours a day not lifting. Isn't that enough rest? I also consume about 800g of sugar every day, so malnutrition shouldn't be an issue either.
