What would happen if I just didn’t had rest days and worked out every day? Just repeating my routine as soon as it was done.
>>75729766The gains police would arrest you for making too many gains.
>>75729766Your resting heart rate would start going up and you would feel stressed, wouldn't be able to sleep and your muscles would start evaporating. It's during rest that your body grows, not during exercise.
>>75729910insomnia is the ultimate gainz goblin
>>75729766You would get tired and burnt out.
>>75729766you would overtrain and lose progression and start to feel stiff and in painunless you’re alternating cardio daysin any case you would not progress faster without taking rest days for strength training
>>75730165lets say just for hypertrophy. im not OP
>>75729766Your body would never have time to repair and build muscle.
>>75729766>TFW no breeding sow jeeta to impregnate and abandon, only to encounter our son during an insurance scam call decades laterwhy even live bros
>>75729766>>75729775>>75729917>>75730165>>75730182Are you retards sure? Even if your program looked something like this:ChestBackLegsShouldersAbs(repeat)Each bodypart would be trained every 5 days. Isn't that enough rest?
>>75730442what would happen is >chest dayfeel good chest pump>back dayfeel ok back pump>leg dayfuck i can't walk now i'm so tired>shouldersi'm too tired to do this shit>absfuck it today is rest day my abs are stabilisers anyways
>>75729766I just got done doing this. You'll get leaner and your strength will go up, but you'll plateau super hard if you keep at it longer than a month.
>>75729766There's an entire section of "The Scientific Principles of Strength Training" on recovery times and your muscle can recover in a day or less depending how heavy you life but your tendons and ligaments absolutely cannot, so either they're strong enough to take the abuse or you'll get a horrible long term injury. But more or less in summary, a tendon injury is in your future.
if you do really light bullshit every day youd be fine but the mental fatigue would kill you. lifting just gets boring desu
>>75729910I spend 22 hours a day not lifting. Isn't that enough rest? I also consume about 800g of sugar every day, so malnutrition shouldn't be an issue either.
