I've always heard dental health is closely correlated with overall health. Is this ture? Can you be healthy and have fucked up teeth?
>>
>>75729802
It can be true, but not necessarily. People with good oral hygeine tend to eat healthier foods, but it's also possible to have perfect teeth but be unhealthy.
>>
I started flossing every night since my last dentist visit. that hygienist who always yells at me is gonna have a big surprise next time I see her. STUPID FUCKING BITCH I HATE FLOSSING YOU WANT ME TO FLOSS??? OHHHHH ILL FLOSS YOU FUCKING COW!!
>>

Fair warning this is a long ass video. Yes, oral health is of the utmost importance.
>get rid of fluoride toothpaste
>replace with nano hydroxiapitite (sp)
>floss before brushing
>when brushing use super light pressure and focus on the gum line
>use a tongue scraper
>chew xylitol gum
>for the love of God don't use listerine
>eat as little carbs and processed food as possible
>if you have to have an energy drink don't sip it

In this video the guy mentioned that a virus or bacteria was tracked from its entrance into the body at the gums and made it to the brain in 10 minutes.
>>
>>75729802
1. It takes a long time to develop bad dental health, accumulation of bacteria in the mouth basically
2. If you developed poor dental health, think about what else went on in your body for said time period
>can you be healthy and have fucked up teeth
sure, anything is possible, but the point is that poor dental health can be used to judge your ass by judgy assholes
>>
>>75730040
Xylitol toothpaste is goated
Expensive tho
>>
>>75730040
>>floss before brushing
why? I feel like flossing is easier if the majority of debris has already been brushed away.

I can endure any kind of wound or injury, but any dental or gum related pain is pure torture to me. Odontologist always have to give me twice the dose of anesthesia because of how fucking much anything she does hurts
>t. Healthy mouth, kept well since i was a child because my mom was obsessed about it.
Only two fixed cavities in my whole life, not even due to goyslop but due to interdental food deposits
>inb4 floss nigger
That doesnt help. I buy some weird ass toothpicks at the pharmacy and i clean stuck shit with that. Floss is a jew contraption.
>>
>>75730116
The argument the dentist in the video makes is that the food particles should be removed so the toothpaste can cover more surface area.

>>75729802
You can get a saliva test done of your oral microbiome. Here is a sample report.

Why?

>if you have to have an energy drink don't sip it
sheeeeeet
>>

Listerine is really a floor cleaner. The alcohol in it kills all the bacteria in your oral microbiome. This includes the good bacteria like those that produce nitric oxide.
>>
>>75730040
Carbs are what saved my oral health. Cavities completely disappeared on a high-sugar, low-starch, medium-fat diet. Absolutely minimal pufa. It's 1:1 with metabolic health.

Flossing, brushing and toothpaste are the opposite of healthy, youre making your teeth and gums worse

Yeah, dental health and grip strength probably best health indicators there are.
Basically both track overall health deterioration and how poor you are.
Free dental should be guaranteed desu.
>>
>haven't been to the dentist in seven years
>pay for dental insurance
>too afraid to go

sugar is what causes decay, so partially
'cado also had a healthy set of teeth, and he sure as hell wasn't healthy
>>
>>75729802
No, you can't, you can't be healthy mentally or physically if you have poor dental or oral health
Same with breathing, the ENT area that enclosure is so important to overall well being, it's your primary interaction with the world, it's where your breath enters the body, where food is taken in, and so on.
If people have poor oral health or dental health, that's a dead giveaway that they are not healthy overall and that they have poor mental health. Dental health is only poor in situations where there is a gross systemic wrong at play, for example if a person mouth breathes or is prevented from nose breathing, they will have poor dental health and this also means that they're not breathing optimally and not getting enough Nitric Oxide, for one. Or if they're a smoker, then they have poor dental health, which means they're fucked in the head because only mentally damaged people smoke cigarettes, or if they eat junk food and have poor dental maintenance habits, again they're mentally damaged, they're not in their optimal or near their optimal state. You want to judge the mental and physical health of a person, check their dental health

I’ll bet that you’ll show up and they’ll say, oh it looks like you’ve been flossing better. That shit is always super obvious because if you don’t do it your gums react in a specific and obvious way.

I'm a dentalfag and 99% cases of bad teeth are faggots not brushing and flossing them properly.
>>
>>75731167
Dont let them take your wisdom teeth
>>
>>75732760
you're also an idiot. I would guess that a huge % are caused by improper breathing, or mouth breathing.
>>
>>75729802
Ive never had any cavities or other teeth problems. I’ve always eaten a lot of meat and dairy and not a lot of grains or fruits
>>
>>75729802
If you have bad teeth, you'll probably have a hard time eating many healthy foods.
>>
>went to the dentist about constant itching between my upper teeth
>'nah anon there's nothing, all good'
Am I being scammed? Is this bitch waiting for a cavity to develop more to scam me on tunnels/implant? Should I get a second opinion?

food tastes better with a clean mouth
that's enough motivation for me

It is true but if your teeth are fucked you can t do nothing to fix it.
I brush twice a day, floss and interdental brush once a day then finish it off with water spray.

I still have pain despite using xylitol gums, nano and xylo toothpaste and I even did oil swishing with coconut oil. Nothing worked,

Teeth alignment scales with jaw/facial muscles during growth. And facial muscle do scale with activity, even if its just doing kids play.
Losing teeth used to scale with dying from malnutrition at a young ripe old age, instead of a old old age. Because if you can't chew, you will need to stew/soup everything, meaning nutrients will be lost to boiling... alongside the food losing the separation of flavor and the loss of texture.

Still
Brushing do NOT clear inbetween the teeth properly, and plaque is a lot easier to prevent than remove even with very gritty tooth paste.
Generally you are a lot better off buying some fluoride rinse for rinsing/gurgling, than flossing. Just for the love of god, Listerine contains too many chemicals.

>>75730975
If you been around enough elderly, you also see that grip strength is partially limited by joint mobility and bone softness.
But its a very good indicator,.
>>
>>75734423
straight up natural selection
>>
>>75730291
Listerine most does not even have alcohol anymore, it's just some plant extracts that are kinda weaksauce. I go full microbial holocaust on my mouth with singlet oxygen and then re-colonize it with lactobacillus rhamnosus for nitrate production, because I do not trust nature with my oral microbiome.

A lot of people who have issues with fertility have poor dental hygiene and you can get several cancers with bad hygiene.
