Anyone have any experience with these things? I need something to do cardio in motel rooms and shit when on the road. Gyms and walking around outside aren't always options. I just need to keep my heart strong, and I heard these things can keep the BPM in the cardio range during use.

imagine knocking someone out with a blackjack then dragging them into your hotel room when youre "on the road" then chaining them to your bed and forcing them to sauna blanket until their internals turn to potroast, then you could smash your fist through their stomach and eat pull apart tender human flesh

Does this shit exist? Im interested. How do you clean the sweat and not fucking die out of a fungus infection on the mid-long term? How do you not die in a fire with this?

The sweat is one of the things I was curious about. There's a lot of info on the internet about them and "passive cardio" but how the fuck do you deal with that much sweat? That's at least 1/4th of a gallon of sweat in 20 minutes. Sounds like a bitch to clean.

But, yeah, these are a real thing. There's lot of different manufactures and articles about the health benefits. Which are essentially the same as a sauna.
