>been lifting just under 3 years since 2022>still look like someone who hasn’t stepped foot in a gymPlease convince me why I shouldn’t just get on the juice at this point.3. Fucking. Years
>>75730441stop doing it wrong and eat more

>>75730441stop posting this shit
>body dismorphia thread number 849594473You look good bro, and your before pic looks god awful. (No homo)
>>75730452Why should I keep quiet just because my struggles inconvenience you? Blame God for making me a complete DYEL
Tell us your numbers on all your lifts then we’ll know whether or not your eating properly which will explain everything.
If you can answer with 100% honesty that you're training with high intensity, with a proper program, are resting properly and are eating properly, then yeah, sure. But know this, despite what people tell you on /fit/, unless you're a genetic hyper responder, if you're lying about your nutrition/hard work at the gym, you will also grow like shit on roids.
>another nigger who doesn't eat right, trains like shit, etc.you should get on the juice so your balls die and you don't reproduce
For starters you obviously look like you lift and tho you didn't make the best progress you still look pretty ripped. Second, I bet you aren't really giving it your all and eating right. Take pre workout if you have to
>>75730441if you don't look like this after 9 months of natural training, you are doing something terribly wrong and it's all your fault and you should feel bad. There is no such thing as genetics for muscle building. Genetics only applies to height, eye color, skin color, vo2 max, muscle shape and insertions, skeletal structure, lung size, penis length, testosterone levels, androgen receptor sensitivity and density, shbg levels, brain neurotransmitter levels, iq, liver enzyme levels, and thousands of other aspects of the human body, but not muscle growth ability. That is identical for everyone so if you don't have as much muscle as the guy in the picture after 9 months, it's some you are doing wrong. You need to do an extra set per body part, or add another exercise, or train to failure more, that will make a massive difference in your ability to gain muscle, even though you probably already follow all the normal recommendations on how to gain muscle which is total rocket science, Ronnie Coleman has an IQ of 180 that's why he can achieve such enormous size because he smart about the rocket science of lifting weights and putting food in you mouth. only super geniuses can follow basic instructions on lifting a weight up and down in order to make muscle gains.it's all your fault, you are doing it totally wrong.
>>75730441Get your testosterone levels checked my dude. Low T inhibits muscle growth
>>75730818Fucking kek
>>75730441You should try calisthenics, pull ups have made my arms much beefier these past few weeks especially.
>>75730441Lean out a bit, and focus on the abs. Ottermode ftw
>>75732184Not OP, but I have a similar physique. I tried cutting a dozen times and I always end up looking like a stick with a belly
>>75730818Damn it's over for me
>>75730441Your training is trash. I am 3 years in and I am twice your size
>>75733863He is 6'9
>>75733884I'm 176cm
>>75730441Don't put yourself down, man. You look leagues better than the average person and much better than you looked before. While you haven't made as much progress as you could, you certainly have made progress. Just use your motivation as fuel to keep working at it. Think of it as small victories. Not everyone gets huge in a small amount of time.
>>75730441You look fine, but with that said, you're right that it's mostly genetics. Most people don't understand that success in strength training more or less comes down to having a good skeletal structure. As a framecel with 6.2" wrists, no amount of strength training will make me look good or be strong. That's why I only ever work out from home, because I know I'll just get mocked by men with better skeletal structures if I ever go to a public gym.
>>75734024I'm the guy in OP's pic but I'm not OP, what I notice is that I struggle to gain strength although I count my proteins and calory intake. I also notice that for the same strength I have very little muscle development compared to others. I don't know how to explain it I hope you get what I mean, but I still don't look like I lift
>>75730441you should get on juice though wtf
>>75734814Why?
>>75734810lol im glad hes mocking you, you clearly spam your body to demoralise others and blackpill bs. based op
>>75730441Go roid, it's your life idgaf
>>75736330dont bump dying threads
>>75736339No
>>75736458Fuck off op
It's the subhuman pajeet genetics bruv
>>75734810Have you ever considered just doing what knowledgeable anons tell you in every thread you make? Put in another year of hard training with a focus on improving your lifts either weight or rep wise and you will gain muscle provided you are eating enough as you say. It's really that simple.
>>75736464bro i'm white tf u get indian from this
>>75730441You look like you lift, but you're not even close to your natty potential which is normal at 3 years. Don't stress, everyone itt has average genetics just like you, stop comparing yourself to roiders and influencers.
>>75736503>I'm whiteWell, maybe in Brazil you are
