It's not even to do with having IBS, it's just your body being clean from all the dogshit oils and shit they use. I could eat a pizza from local takeaways with no issue before I got into the gym and health stuff, now, if I get a pizza I know for a fact my stomach's gonna be feeling slimy and I'll be shitting it out within ~8 hours

- 250g of full fat Greek Yoghurt + Unflavoured Protein Powder + Banana

- 4 or 5 eggs depending on how I feel + Chorizo sandwiches (Literally just some Chorizo + some pitta bread)

- 250-330g (depending on how much I have in, usually 250g though) of ground mince beef w/ some veg

With about 50g of nuts and an apple for snacks during the day

It is pretty dry, I used to have rice with it but dropped it because I was lowering my cal count a couple months back and trying out lower carb counts and substituted it for cheese, then just dropped the cheese too because i got lazy and couldn't be fucked shredding it all the time lol
I should add the rice back in though
