I've been benching and doing single-arm, standing dumbbell skullcrushers for my push days. I'm planning on changing this up for OHP, cable flies, and some kind of cable exercise for my triceps. The OHP would be for my anterior delts and triceps, as I believe they don't get worked out that much when doing flies.

Rope pushdowns would be your best option given your other lifts. Also that's a damn funny pic
