I find BW deadlift extremely hard and exhausting but BW bench pretty easy. 2 pl8 bench seems very attainable but 4 pl8 DL seems impossibly heavy. I feel like if I load up I'll compromise on form and snap my shit up. Wat do?>t. 170 lb twinkoid
