1x BW squat and 1.25x BW deadlift is all you need for the lower body as a natty

Not if I want to be a competitive strongman. I need to be able to do shit like pull 900lb off the floor. So minimum 2xBW thank you very much

I find BW deadlift extremely hard and exhausting but BW bench pretty easy. 2 pl8 bench seems very attainable but 4 pl8 DL seems impossibly heavy. I feel like if I load up I'll compromise on form and snap my shit up. Wat do?

Let me guess, short arms?

Dumbbells are cheap and don't take up a lot of space.
I bought a 15kg one and at first I thought it won't be enough but then I had to go through a humiliation ritual of carrying it home in a bag because I couldn't with my hands.

No. I do have comically short femurs though to the point I'm considering the bonesnap Jack Hanma surgery

Ask your gymbros to check your form or post it on reddit.
What helped me was realizing that you're not supposed to lift it straight up, but sort of pull backwards
