Doc said two discs in my spine are a lil too close together and that might caused me to injure my lower back too easily.Should I only rest or taking a walk and light workout could help?
>>75731224Core exercises could help you a lot. Especially ones that don't load the spine. Hanging leg raises would be a great choice for you as an example. If you want to lift weights you should avoid things like back squats, deadlifts, and standing overhead presses. Seated exercises, machines, and the like would be best for you. You could also probably do calesthenics like dips and pullups as much as you want. Bonus for those is that they develop the core really well on top of building your upper body.
