The trick is to tell yourself that you are only going to do the warm up. When you are already set you do your training.
This takes out all the pressure

The trick is to wake up at least 30min before.
Its easier to then get to work than to have to wake up and directly get to work.
Also, once you are already awake, you can always drink some coffee.
Finally, dont dread the workout, just get started, you will see it isnt that bad.

Because you expect to be "motivated"
motivation gets you started, discipline keeps you going
