is cycling the best long-term cardio?

Swimming
Rowing
Navy burpees
Gooning

So on and so on, assuming all your worried about are impact injuries.

LMAO running is superior. Your joints will be fine as long as you are not a 400 lbs monster

I’d say swimming. When you’re 90+yo you can still get your rickety ass in the pool without risk of injury

Swimming is better but I'm a tranny so I stick to cycling

doesn't happen
there's a higher risk of running causing chronic knee/ankle/hip issues than cycling messing with the genitals
>>
Best long term cardio is you taking a pounding up your ass from your bros.

My stationary bike is at a weird angle and the seat is bad so when I ride it for more than 45 minutes my dick goes completely numb and I get scared.

Probably swimming then cycling, there's a reason so many elderly people do swimming or aqua aerobics or deep water running. The water makes it very easy on your joints so its great for old people or people recovering from injury with physical therapy.
