How do I get 80% of the results with 20% the effort?
Look bros, I am busy guy, I can't go to the gym 4 times a week or whatever and I can't stay there for long.
I was thinking: 2 times a week, where I do 4 sets of bench, ohp and leg press (I have gerd, I can't squat)
>>
>>75732167
dont bother. just stay home and play with dumbells. serious fitness isn't for you
>>
>>75732167
Just roid bro
>>
>>75732179
Listen here bucko, I have a job unlike you. I can't spend all my free time doing junk volume like your dyel ass
>>
>>75732167
do 10 sets for one muscle group
>>
>>75732167
>4 sets of bench, ohp and leg press
0 sets of pulling movements for either upper or body and 0 core is definitely not going to give you "80% of le results"
If you have time to play around on 4chan, you have time to devote more than 30 minutes twice a week to your fitness, stop with the cope.

>I have a job
You're not unique or special, the gym is full of people with jobs. Are you in a coal mine 12 hours a day or something? Somehow I doubt it.

Oh look, another how can I make 10 equal 20 thread.

If you don't like working out you won't get fit. Simple as.
>>

Home gym master race, no travel time, no waiting for equipment, can fit in a lift here and there.
>>
>>75732193
Listen sunshine, pulling is just pushing in reverse
Next thing in the morning hop on a schoolbus and see where it goes
>>
>>75732167
More likely 80% effort will get 20% results LOL.

>How do I get 80% of the results with 20% the effort?

Do the following six compound movements
>knee hinge eg squats
>hip hinge eg deadlift
>vertical push eg overhead press
>vertical pull eg pull-up
>horizontal push eg bench press
>horizontal pull eg barbell row

These six are the base of the cake, isolations are icing. While the icing makes it complete, the base alone is still edible. But you can't have a cake with just icing.

Yes OP, the guy in your pic got those lats and biceps by lifting "in reverse". Well done.

This goes to show you all know jack shit about lifting. You don't even know what gets you most results.
>>
>>75732167
>>75732167
Look for "Heavy Duty", by Mike Mentzer. 3 times a week, less than an hour, is enough if you train hard enough.

lmao what a faggot. you want to know what will get you the results you want? going to gym you lazy fuck. suck it up, faggot

>how do I get more results by working out less?
you don't. unless you're willing to roid
>>
>>75732182
how do you get roids as an antisocial incel
>>
>>75732351
you buy them online
>>
>>75732167
You can absolutely make that happen.
You just need to have the right genes for it. Volume, intensity, frequency, it's all pretty irrelevant when you have the right genetics. Building muscle isn't actually about training, it's about the genetics you start with.
>>
>>75732353
is it not illegal
>>
>>75732427
depends on the country
>>
>>75732427
so is underage drinking. Western civilization isn't known for following drug laws
>>
>gym 2x/week
>OHP/row/trap bar DL
>buy a pull up bar and dip station
>2x/week do pull-ups, dips, and hanging leg raises at home

And inb4 trap bars are for fags. It splits the difference between squat and DL well enough for what OP needs

He says, whilst posting on a kurdish badger baiting bbs
>>
>go to the gym three times a week
>consistently
>for a few years
>follow any non-retarded, non-meme plan
>have an okay diet (read: don't pig out like a retard or don't underfeed yourself like a skelly, whichever one you're predisposed to, it's either for every single person on this planet)
>try to beat your results from the previous week and have some kind of progression

There we go, 80% and you will definitely see results within a few years. In fact for some people some of the above points don't apply - ie. some retards went to the gym and just did what the fuck ever and they still look better than some non-gym goers.

The other 20% is going full optimal, sperging out over ROM and following Andrew Huberman's podcast or some other cancerous shit

>A
>3x4-8 Bench
>3x4-8 Leg Press
>2x8-12 Lat Pulldowns
>three assistance exercises of your choice

>2x8-12 Curl variation
>2x12-15+ Lateral raises
>2x12-15+ Calf Raises
>3xAMRAP Bodyweight Ab Exercise
>B
>3x4-8 OHP
>3x8-12 Leg Curls
>2x8-12 Chest Supported Rows
>three assistance exercises of your choice
>for example
>2x8-12 Triceps longhead exercise variation
>2x12-15+ Reverse Pec Deck
>2x12-15+ Hyperextensions
>3xAMRAP Bodyweight Oblique Exercise

Full body twice a week with A and B done once. The + signifies the last one is an AMRAP set. If you get 25 reps here you up the weight used (stolen from GZCLP). The other exercises are done with dynamic double progression.

Stop making excuses. Anyone can make plenty of time to workout. There are busy ceos who lift and do BJJ regularly. You're lying to yourself if you can't spare 30-45 minutes 4 times throughout the week .

lol. lmao. mike shitrazel might know what "junk volume" is, but your muscles certainly don't give a shit. enjoy your shit body until you capitulate and take enough aromatizable androgens to make your hair fall out and talk like a science-based fitness youtuber

What a fantastic heap of excuses. I don’t think I ever saw so many in an OP.
>>
>>75732188
That s what Orc (arborist) does and it is pretty good.
Basically you do 10 lift per muscle groups once per week. This leaves you 2 days off.
You can add in as support biceps and triceps work plus core work.

Mon : Chest
Tues : Back
Wed : Shoulders
Thursdau : off
Frid : Legs
Sat : Off
Sunday : Core Biceps Triceps Fapping
>>
>>75732167
read up on HIT / DoggCrap, 2 workouts a week are plenty and this might be a definition of getting decent results with little investment
people saying you won't grow training this little are obvious novices and dyels
