Been using it for years and don't really see a problem with it. Just log your food and don't bother with the other irrelevant crap

i just use MFP and autistically weigh every gram of everything
collect it into a custom meal and then just add in whenever you eat it
probably don't even need to do that anymore since i know everything i eat is 400-600 calories but it like keeping up the counting so i don't lose sight and sense of it in general
