if you eat well and is active 6x/week you can eat a LOT (15k calories if you want) and nothing will happeni say this by experience last time i probably ate more than 15k kcal worth of ice cream, pizza, chocolate, peanuts.felt like shit for 2 days after but on the day 3 I just restarted my routine and guess what my weight didnt change and I lifted more than I've had the past week
