He let Toei greenlit Super, accepted Tracetaro as his successor and gave him complete creative control, DBS is a midquel comprised of two movie recaps and tournament arcs, the anime is on permanent hiatus lucky to get a movie every few years, and Daima reveals his last wish was to be remembered like Miyazaki; Toei’s no Ghibli though and any lasting impact will be milked for years to come. Should’ve just ended it.
