Looking ahead i dont care anymore about looking amazing, what i want the most is to keep my body fit and functional and without pain until a very old age.If i had known the reality of the body wearing out i would have started taking better care of my joints much younger.You dont want to end up like him.

To be fair he ended up like that because after a spinal injury when he was recommended to take off months to recover he immediately went to the gym and tried squatting 800+ lbs.You can still work out and lift reasonably heavy without ending up like Ronnie.The most important things are warmups, stretching, listening to your body, and supplementing collagen peptides.
