Looking ahead i dont care anymore about looking amazing, what i want the most is to keep my body fit and functional and without pain until a very old age.
If i had known the reality of the body wearing out i would have started taking better care of my joints much younger.
You dont want to end up like him.

Good news is that you can't, no matter how hard you try. Buddeh

To be fair he ended up like that because after a spinal injury when he was recommended to take off months to recover he immediately went to the gym and tried squatting 800+ lbs.
You can still work out and lift reasonably heavy without ending up like Ronnie.
The most important things are warmups, stretching, listening to your body, and supplementing collagen peptides.

How do you take care of your joints don’t be a nigger op

As long as you lift slowly enough (slow enough to have 0 momentum) especially out of the bottom (no bouncing on squat, bench, etc.) it is virtually impossible to get an injury. Roidtroons need not apply, they snap their shit up just by walking.
