How do you know how much weight to lift? I did hammer curls with 25 lb dumbbells for 3x8. It honestly didn't feel like that much but for the next few days the tendons in my inner elbows were throbbing and burning which I don't think is normal.

I had the same issue when I stroked my 25 cm dick for 80 minutes, 3 times in a single night.

Are you a complete noob or have taken a long break from lifting? Is your form controlled and steady? Did you let your elbow overextend?

If you are new to working out then just take an extra day or two of rest before going back at it. The soreness after working out will decrease rapidly. Nothing to worry about.

I start from trying to deadlift 800lbs and if that doesn't work, I drop it to 799.9lbs just to be sure I'm not missing anything.
