I can easily do a dozen sets of any upper body exercise, but I always feel like im about to pass out after a few sets of the leg press. After I finish my set, it feels like my body panics, my heart rate rises suddenly and I breathe very heavily for the remaining session. The fatigue is also immense. I guess this is normal, but still, is there anything I can do to combat it, other than just pure extreme will power, which I clearly lack? Since my muscles aren't the issue, I thought about incorporating some basic cardio, will that make a difference? Is there anyone here who's really good at cardio and can confirm that leg exercises get easier?
>>75734181>I can easily do a dozen sets of any upper body exerciseYour upper body myscles are tiny compared to your legs.>The fatigue is also immense.Normal.>is there anything I can do to combat it, other than just pure extreme will power,Uh, lower the load, longer rests, less gym sessions? If you need even more willpower to workout once you are already at the gym, something is teribly wrong>Since my muscles aren't the issueThey clearly are you idiot. Weak muscles => Greater fatigue. >will [cardio] that make a difference? No. To get better at cardio, you do cardio. To get better at squats, you do squats.
