Deadlift 1x5-8 reps
OHP 2x5-10 reps
Cable or Barbell or T-bar Row 2x5-10 reps
Barbell or Dumbbell Curl 2x5-10 reps
(Optional) Pushups or Dips 2xfailure

The scheme means 2 working sets of 5-10 or 5-8 reps. Warm up with a few repetitions of lighter weights, working up to your 2 working sets. Make sure to eat plenty of protein and sleep well.

Your biggest goal is to try to deadlift at least 135 lbs. That'll probably help the most with a warehouse job
