I'm cutting right now and feel satisfied every single day. The issue most people have is they eat small, extremely calorie dense foods (procesed crap and cheap baked goods) that barely fill their stomach but give them half their daily energy intake in one snack.

An unexpected life hack for meal skipping is putting a teaspoon of psyllium husk in 500ml water and chugging immediately. It's just fibre to make your poops more satisfying / cure constipation, but it expands and honestly challenges my bulk because I have to eat but I really don't want to afterwards.
I've been doing just protein shakes for breakfast (powder + water) because I take my psyllium first thing and I feel so full I don't want real food. For several hours.
