>>75735422That much wheat is gonna rape your digestive system. A few ounces of pasta is whatever but a whole pound of dry pasta a day is gonna wreck you. The best basis for your diet is going to be meat, vegetables, potatoes, and dairy. Since you're relatively poor you should opt for the managers specials whenever you see them (meaning the meat will be going bad in like a day or two) so you can eat it right away or freeze it. Frozen fruits and vegetables are completely fine so eat the ones you enjoy. Milk is cheap as fuck and always is so it's a good way to get in micronutrients, protein, and calories for very little money. Cheese is great for getting in high calories and protein with great flavor if you have a little extra money handy. Since you only have a pressure cooker and a pan, you could do some stir-fry with meat and vegetables, you could do tacos, you could sautee a chicken breast and have it with a hash made of peppers, onions, and potatoes, and other dishes. Also don't forget the cooking oil. Olive oil, butter, and avocado oil are your friends. Crisco, vegetable oil, corn oil, margarine, peanut oil, these are trash and will fuck up your health in the long term. When I stopped eating margarine I literally found the source of why my hair was starting to fall out. Those oils are poison and should be avoided when possible
