I'm unironically considering ditching other back excercises and just spamming pullups with all 3 grip variations + barbell rows with a reverse fly here and there. They're just far more fun than everything else and I get an insane burn after 6-8 sets

i did them yesterday. my worout was like this:

Do weighted dips instead, same thing but you can do pull ups in between sets

Thats because its the type of exercise where you can improve very quickly and retain muscle memory well. I saw someone make a thread about some guy who did one more pull up every day for a full year or something so I decided to try it myself. Almost three weeks on I went from doing one or two solid pull ups in a single set to being able to do six or seven at a time, starting from full extension.

That being said, its very rare to see anyone pushing 200lbs to be able to do more than a handful.
