been cutting since thanksgiving, down 15 lbs
now 6'2" ~209
~1000kcal def, still managing to put on muscle I think
just recently started going to gym when 50lb DB started requiring annoying volume
DL 240 (very scared of hurting knees, I injured one a couple months last year before I gained all the weight)
interested in alternatives for compound back exercise
squat 170 (again, scared)
Bench 160 (pectus excavatum, chest development is big priority)
ohp 125
oh also double scoliosis, my right side lags ~5-10lbs on dumbells, not sure what to do about that besides hold back left until they're even

5'11, 165lbs, natty + no gym, only work.
I'm bulking a bit, I just started 1 month ago lifting barbells and squatting at home to add muscles instead of cutting.
I took 15 pounds in 3 months.

What could I expect from 1 year of gym + tips from a professional (my dad is a 210+ pounds of muscles, 6'1 chad)?
I will ask the same thing tomorrow.
I'm doing this for more mires and a young gf because why not.

if you have an adjustable dumbbell single arm dumbbell rows are easier for back support though

can't really go wrong with pullups and you can do em anywhere
