>>75737612The problem with these combo lifts is that the weight will be sufficient for one lift, but too light for another. Usually there's also a "switching" stage that's hard to master.In this case you're doing a deadlift with insufficient weight, a difficult and tiring switch for no hypertrophy or strength benefit, and an overhead press with sufficient weight. Just do your overhead press and deadlift separately.
